Jay Irvin Hadley recently built two power full gaming computers with components. He is not a gamer He uses these AMD processor based computers for graphic design and web site development and design plus his own web server for his web sites. He has Microsoft Flight Simulator loaded on one of them powered by an AMD GPU, Windows 10 and a duel monitor set-up.
Computer building, web design development and graphic arts has been a hobby of his for many years.
He put together his first computer from components in 2000 after attending computer Information technology classes at YVCC in Yakima Washington after his sheep herding career ended. It had 64 Mgbs of RAM and ran Windows 98.
"There is nothing to exceptional about any of the work I've done with computers other than the fact I was 49 years old when I started working with computers."
In 1974 Jay left a large city in Utah where he grew up and got a job in Idaho herding sheep on a ranch. "I had a strong fondness for smoking pot and drinking beer. I got away from it all working on ranches for 25 years from 1974 to 1999. I know now at age 65 the ranch work did not pay much but it saved my life. A prise cannot be put on the health benefits".
Jay started his graphic and web site design in the year 2000 with Adobe Photoshop 5 and Image ready software that came bundled on a CD. Of course now all the Adobe software is only available through a cloud subscription.
Jay has recently been helping his wife develop some astrophysics pages with Adobe Muse software. Check out his work
